iamFit Terms of Use

Your use of the iamFit app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

Membership and trial

• Plans are bought through the App Store, monthly or yearly. The price and renewal period are shown before you buy.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the next period.
• The 14-day trial starts at your account's first sign-in and never charges you automatically.
• Refunds follow Apple's policies.

Your data

What you log is yours. When a plan ends you can still view and export it, and you can delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Logging for others and sharing

• Log only for people who know and are fine with it. For a minor, get a parent's or guardian's consent first.
• Invite only people you trust, and send codes only to the person you mean to invite.
• Don't use iamFit to violate other people's rights or privacy.

Not medical advice

iamFit is a training log. Its exercise pictures show which movement is meant; they are not instruction, personal programming or medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting training you're not used to.

The service

The developer aims to keep iamFit running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Export a backup now and then. If the service ever has to end, you'll be told in advance so you can export your data.
